Designed for the modern and minimalist aesthetic of the client, this house has straight line designs all around, from the from elevation till the smaller details. The front elevation is a highlighted with the use of teak coloured laminated wooden planks, while the rest is kept white. The Interiors feature natural and organic elements like concrete, bricks, natural wood, and jute/cotton fabrics

The residence of the renowned Punjabi lyricist Mr. Pragat Singh, the 2 kanal property near Nabha, the beautifully designed house in another house which is due to be completed by the end of 2014.

Mr. Harjinder Singh, the MD of Chandigarh Properties came to us looking for an office building with a contemporary look. Located on NH-21, kharar, we designed the building with a blue glass curtain walling.

Made with a steel structure, the Gym building features Low carbon materials, fulfilled the client requirement of a energy efficient building, which was completed within a very tight deadline.

We refurbished the façade of the 10 floor business tower, which is the first of it’s kind in the Punjab region. Situated on the NH-21, the client’s aim was to make this a landmark building in the region, and wanted an elevation which justified his aim. We designed a spectacular diagonal glass façade, with two-tints of blue glass to provide a distinctive look to the building.
